Site Inspection Services
Solution Maxime Drouin offers engineering services to inspect fire-rated openings installed on the construction site. This is done in accordance with the NFPA-80 standard adopted by the National Building Code – NBC. An attestation signed by an engineer confirms the results of the inspection, and any required corrections will be noted.
To go even further, I integrate the inspection results into your building plans to facilitate possible annual inspections of your fire-rated openings by my service. I can ensure complete management of this process.

About Maxime Drouin
The Mechanical Engineer with a Visual Flair.
I am a mechanical engineer with ten years of experience as a specialist consultant in doors, windows, and architectural hardware (Division 8).
When I created Solution Maxime Drouin, I saw an opportunity to contribute to the development of all types of commercial, industrial, and residential buildings by providing consultation for the design of architectural specifications for doors, frames, and hardware. Furthermore, aesthetics, safety, and fire protection must be coordinated together indispensably.
My mission is to ensure that the result of my consultation is easily understandable.
As the field of doors, windows, and hardware has very specific technical aspects, nothing works better than visual elements integrated into the specifications to achieve it all! For me, success is when the client confirms that they understand what will be installed on the site and how it will function.
